Toggle
Toggles stay checked.

Cycle
Cycles step through states.
Each tap moves to the next state, with its own label, color, and icon, like Off, Low, and High.
Chain
Chains run the routine.
One tap runs several buttons in order, with pauses where you want them. Choose whether a failed step stops the chain or is skipped. Steps can pause for dictation, and progress shows on the button.
