URL contains the pattern anywhere. The default mode.

URL Pattern: github.com
matches https://github.com/user/repo

Starts With

URL starts with the pattern. Good for localhost.

URL Pattern: localhost:3000
matches http://localhost:3000/dash

Exact

Exact URL match, ignoring query params and hash.

URL Pattern: example.com/page
matches https://example.com/page?x=1
